Paravachasca
Valley is situated between the Sierras Grandes and
the Sierras Chicas, with the Anizacate
River running through it. Another group of rivers
and streams converge at Los Molinos Dam,
creating an attraction of relevant importance for
the recreation and water sports. The imposing Quebrada
del Condorito (the Little Condor's Ravine),
a deep fissure on the eastern edge of the Pampa
de Achala located in the heart of the National
Park that bears the same name.
The town of Alta Gracia, real centre of the
area, boasts one of the most significant heritages
of colonial times: the Jesuit estancia that gave
birth to the town. La Bolsa, San Clemente, Villa Ciudad de América,
Villa Anizacate, Villa Los Aromos, La Serranita,
La Rancherita, Potrero de Garay and other villages
are the synthesis of the offer of equipment, service
and activities which identify Paravachasca, together
with the changing colours of the diverse landscapes
