This
area is history, landscape and invitation to adventure.
The Sierra de los Comechingones, from which
several watercourses run downhill, provides a succession
of landscape where the hilly and rural features
merge.
The present is potentially rich since the area is
ideal for adventure or nature tourism and other
non-traditional activities such as rural tourism
and agro-tourism.There are two proposed tourist
circuits: from La Cruz, the provincial route
23 leads to the small village of Río de
los Sauces.
This
place has a charming river with a profuse group of trees
making it the perfect site for camping. Alpa Corral
has a charming combination of mountain and river. The
Las Barrancas River, as well as its tributaries Jarzamara
and Talila located uphill, are ideal for camping
and enjoying the beauty of nature, and they also offer
the opportunity to practice trout-fishing, since there
is an interesting variety of salmons.
